All returns must be despatched by the Buyer within 4-5 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packing tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase with the order number. Then, mail or Call the return to the following address:

Kindly be aware that you will be responsible for covering all return shipping expenses. We highly suggest utilizing a trackable shipping method when mailing your return.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return product and assessing the condition of the item, we will proceed with processing your return. Kindly allow a minimum of  10 days from the receipt of your item for the return process to be completed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, subject to your credit card company’s processing time. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Special Cases on Return & Refund
The following works cannot be returned
1. We highly recommend a clear 1080-pixel unboxing video of the product strongly.
2. For Customized products we provide Replacement only, no refunds.
3. If the Product is in used Condition we don’t accept return, refund, and replacement.
