Return Eligibility

Returns must be dispatched by the buyer within 4–5 days of the delivery date.

Items must be new and unused, with all original packaging, tags and labels intact.
How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return.

Special Cases

Unboxing video: We strongly recommend recording a clear 1080p unboxing video of the product. It helps us resolve any damage or dispute claims quickly.
